A 54 km (34 mile) coastal ultra in Pembrokeshire with around 1,500 m of ascent. The route uses coastal path terrain with repeated short climbs, steps and narrow trail sections, alongside faster linking paths where the coast opens out. Underfoot conditions can be variable, particularly on rocky and stepped sections.
