A 50 mile point-to-point ultramarathon from Kendal to Preston following the Lancaster Canal and connecting paths through Cumbria and Lancashire. The route is largely flat with minimal elevation gain, using canal towpath, riverside trail and occasional road links. Surfaces are predominantly firm and runnable throughout. The course is marked and supported with aid stations positioned along the route at intervals.
