An 87 km (54 mile) circular ultramarathon through Northamptonshire countryside with around 700 m of ascent. The route links canal towpaths, field paths, rural trails and quiet lanes, offering varied but generally runnable terrain. Elevation is modest and accumulated through gentle rises rather than sustained climbs. Surfaces range from firm towpath to softer trail depending on conditions.
