An 80 km (50 mile) coastal ultramarathon along the South West Coast Path in Cornwall with approximately 2,000 m of ascent. The course traverses cliff-top paths, steep coastal steps and rocky trail between bays, producing continuous undulation rather than sustained climbs. Terrain is uneven and exposed in places, with surfaces ranging from compact path to rough coastal trail. Held in winter, conditions can be strongly influenced by wind and rain. The route is marked with aid stations positioned along the course.
