Celebrating a century of Kielder Forest, this is your chance to run through history. Join us for a unique trail running event on September 5th, 2026, starting from Kielder Castle. Experience the beauty of Northumberland's ancient woodlands with distances on offer for every level.

Celebrating the Ochils, this trail running experience offers all levels of running terrain and difficulty across five distances, from a forest trail 5k, a fast trail marathon and 50k that offers all of the best mix of forest and fell running. Starting at the University of Stirling, run out through Hermitage Wood and Black Hill, along undulating open trails, with the Ochils as your distant viewpoint.

Step up to the challenge of the Maverick Race Chilterns Trail, an unforgettable journey through the breathtaking Chiltern Hills. Starting from the vibrant market town of Princes Risborough, just an hour from London, with direct rail links from London Marylebone. The route will take you deep into one of England’s most picturesque and historic landscapes

Enjoy the thrill of running on single-track trails that wind their way through Winterfold and Hurtwood Forest. Take a break to admire gorgeous views of the classic British countryside from Pitch Hill. For those who love a challenge, take on our longer routes that pass through Leith Hill and Ranmore Common, and join the famous North Downs Way.

The Maverick Peak District Trail run will have you hit all the edges of the park, taking you through Bamford, Hathersage, Curbar, Froggatt and Stanage, meaning you’ll get a fully immersive experience and feel for this incredible place. We can’t wait to welcome you back to our Peak District event.

Back for the 11th year in the Cotswold Hills, Britain’s biggest AONB, as well as the most quintessentially English place we’ve ever seen. Leaving from the grand Sudeley Castle in the heart of the Cotswold Hills and set in 1200 acres of estate land, this won’t be a walk in the park.

The Maverick Exmoor X-Trail race is not for the faint-hearted, but we know that trail runners of all abilities will be capable of completing one of the five distances on offer if they commit to the challenge ahead and put their mind to it.
