A 54 km (34 mile) coastal ultra on the Gower Peninsula with around 1,100 m of ascent. The route typically mixes coastal path, beach sections and clifftop trail, with elevation gained through repeated short climbs and descents. Underfoot conditions can vary significantly across sand, rocky edges and firmer trail.
