A 50 mile ultramarathon along the Thames Path following the river corridor on predominantly flat terrain. The course uses towpaths, park trails and firm paths with minimal elevation gain. Surfaces are generally runnable throughout, though conditions can vary after rain. Course marking, checkpoints and aid station arrangements are defined by the organiser’s official event information.
