A 53 km (33 mile) mountain ultramarathon in North Wales starting from the coast and climbing inland towards upland terrain including the Cyrn y Brain area. The route combines coastal sections, rural trails and hill paths, with significant ascent accumulated through sustained climbs onto higher ground. Underfoot conditions vary between trail, track and rougher hillside terrain. Course marking, navigation requirements and aid station details are specified by the organiser.
