A 43-mile fully marked point-to-point race following the Taff River from the heart of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park to the outskirts of Cardiff. Runners are transported by coach from the Nantgarw finish to the Brecon start. The route follows the Taff Trail through dramatic mountain landscapes, crashing waterfalls and crystal-clear reservoirs before heading south into a changing landscape shaped by Wales's industrial heritage. Now in its 13th year and a regular sell-out.
