The course is a celebration of two local long-distance paths: the Harrogate Ringway and the Knaresborough Round. You start on the Harrogate Ringway, circle out to join the Knaresborough Round, and then link back up to complete the loop. With 804m (2,638ft) of ascent, it’s a rolling course that never lets your legs fully relax.
