A 50 km ultramarathon covering the southern section of the Serpent Trail between Petersfield and Haslemere. The route follows heathland paths, woodland trails and rural tracks across rolling terrain with steady climbs and descents. Surfaces are typically sandy or dirt trail, which can become softer in wet conditions. The course is marked with aid stations positioned at intervals along the route.
