A 50 km ultramarathon following the eastern section of the South Downs Way National Trail from Worthing to Eastbourne. The route crosses rolling chalk hills and open downland with steady climbs and descents across exposed terrain. Surfaces are primarily firm trail and grass paths. Course marking, navigation approach and aid station locations follow the organiser’s official race information.
