A single-loop spring run starting and finishing at Arundel Football Club in the historic market town of Arundel, West Sussex, on a very runnable and non-technical route through the South Downs. Rolling hills, grass trails, farm tracks and forest paths lead through Houghton Forest, Eartham Wood and Angmering Park, returning along the River Arun. Over 3,000ft of elevation on a fully marked course, forming part of the South Downs 50K Triple Crown. Organised by UK Ultra.
