A 50 km coastal ultramarathon in South Wales following shoreline paths, clifftop trails and rural tracks. The route includes repeated short climbs and descents between bays rather than sustained mountain ascents. Surfaces vary between firm path, trail and occasional beach sections depending on conditions.
