A 48 km (30 mile) coastal race in South Wales with around 460 m of ascent. The course uses coastal paths and clifftop trail, with shorter climbs and descents and sections that can be narrow or uneven depending on the coastline used. Surfaces are mixed trail with possible road connections through villages. The organiser’s website should be followed for start/finish logistics, navigation method (marked/GPX) and aid station provision.
