A 71 km (44 mile) coastal ultra in Cornwall with around 1,200 m of ascent. The route follows sections of the South West Coast Path and associated coastal trails, characterised by continual undulation, short climbs, steps and variable underfoot conditions including rockier trail and firmer path. Conditions can be exposed on headlands, with more sheltered sections through coves and valleys.
