A 58 km (36 mile) trail ultra in the North York Moors National Park with around 1,400 m of ascent. Starting near Whitby, the route follows valley trails, moorland paths and sections of the Cleveland Way, including climbs onto exposed moorland plateaus before descending back into sheltered valleys. Terrain includes compact trail, stone paths and rougher moorland ground, with variable conditions depending on weather. The course is marked and supported with checkpoints and aid stations positioned along the route according to the organiser’s plan.
