A backyard ultramarathon staged in the Manchester area on a fixed 4.167 mile loop completed each hour. Terrain typically consists of parkland trails, woodland paths and firm tracks with moderate elevation gain repeated throughout the event. Aid and personal support are provided at the central base area between laps.
