A 50 km trail ultramarathon around Kielder Forest and reservoir in Northumberland. The route follows forest tracks, lakeside paths and woodland trails with rolling elevation rather than sustained mountain climbs. Surfaces are predominantly compact trail and gravel track, with softer sections possible after rain. The course is marked and supported with aid stations positioned at intervals.
