A 169 km (105 mile) circular mountain ultramarathon in the Lake District starting and finishing in Coniston with approximately 6,300 m of ascent. The route links valley trails, high passes and remote upland sections across rugged terrain typical of Lakeland mountain races. Climbs are sustained with long descents between valleys, and conditions can vary significantly on exposed ground. The event is fully supported with checkpoints and aid stations positioned throughout the course.
