A 100 mile ultramarathon along sections of the Southern Upland Way in southern Scotland with over 4,600 m of ascent. The route traverses remote hills, forest tracks and moorland, with sustained effort required across long sections between settlements. Terrain is varied, combining runnable trail with rougher upland paths. Weather exposure can be significant.
